DESCRIPTION

Inspired to take tradition to the next level, the Lola Chandelier was created knowing the power that beautiful lighting holds in elevating your space. Available in a 'Petite' 24" diameter, Three Arm or Five Arm design, the Lola has graceful arms with a brass patina and tall ceramic shades, curving up from a matching ceramic cluster dish. The depth of the wooden ball anchors the soft lines of the chandelier. With its 24" diameter, this petite Lola is a perfect fit for your smaller spaces.

Available in three ceramic finishes: Robin's Egg is a matte glaze with a tinge of light blue. Cream is a glossy glaze with a subtle off-white hue. Dove is a matte bright white glaze. Canopy is suitable for flat or sloped ceiling. Available in Antique Brass with Black Walnut or Satin Brass with Clear Maple.

The Lola Chandelier is designed to cast ambient, upward facing light.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Lighting

+ To ensure lifelong performance we recommend the use of LED bulbs under 40W-incandescent equivalent, but you may opt for a higher watt LED bulb for your use and space as needed.

Wood

+ We recommend using a microfiber dust cloth to care for wood fixtures and furniture. Kindly avoid additional cleaners and products.
+ Variance in wood grain and color are to be expected. No two items will look completely identical.

Ceramic

+ We recommend using a microfiber dust cloth to care for ceramic fixtures. Kindly avoid additional cleaners and products.
+ Slight variance among glaze and size is to be expected.

Freight Shipment - Pallet

This item is shipped via freight carrier on a wrapped and banded pallet from Philadelphia, PA. This freight shipment will be delivered as close to the door as possible or in a garage, if available. This shipping service does not include inside delivery or the removal of materials. If you require white glove service, please contact us directly for a quote. If the delivery address is residential, the freight carrier will contact the recipient to schedule a delivery window, once the freight shipment has reached the nearest terminal to the delivery destination. Please allow up to 10-14 days for your order to arrive. Any reconsignment requests i.e., address change, made directly to the freight carrier after an order has been shipped will be denied. If the client needs to reroute a shipment that is in transit or delay delivery, arrangements must be made directly with Lostine and reconsignment fees will apply. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged in transit, please alert Lostine within 10 business days of receipt, so we may promptly replace your item. Please provide photos of the item and its packaging.

Shipping to a Warehouse or Storage Facility

Lostine requires that all shipments be inspected and approved within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise by the client or the warehouse facility and to alert Lostine of any shipping damages or discrepancies within that time frame. Lostine will not be held responsible for any damages or discrepancies after the 10-business day time period. Lostine is not responsible for any damages that occur while in the care of a warehouse or storage facility or additional transit thereafter.

What is your return policy?

This fixture is final sale, and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Can this fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling?

This fixture comes ready to be installed on a flat ceiling or sloped ceiling up to a 20 degree slope. If a slope greater than 20 degrees is needed, please contact us directly to inquire about a custom ceiling canopy.

Do you ship internationally, outside of the United States?

Lostine can ship your order worldwide! International shipping rates, VAT duties and taxes will apply. Please contact us directly to inquire about international shipping if you do not see your destination available on our checkout page.

What does 'Made-to-order' mean?

Made-to-order means that once we receive your order, it gets included in a production run of that item and when it is completed, it ships to you directly. This reduces waste (we don’t overproduce inventory or cut into materials that aren’t needed), and keeps our small, hardworking team organized. We have a limited number of people on our team and a made-to-order workflow, so we are only able to produce a certain number of items each week in order to maintain our lead times.

Can you rush my order?

Many of our items are made-to-order. Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis as our production volume and schedule allows. If you are interested in requesting rush production, please reach out to shopkeeper@lostine.com with the product quantity, selected finishes, project deadline and delivery address. Rush fees may apply.
