The Baker Axis Chandelier is the most recent addition to the Baker Lighting Collection, born from close observation rather than reinvention. Designed with the experience of viewing the fixture from below in mind, the Baker Axis was shaped by how its arms intersect along a central vertical line, creating a layered, sculptural presence that reveals itself differently from every angle.
The original concept emerged from a hands-on exercise: holding two-arm sconces together, stacking and adjusting them until the spacing, length, and rhythm of light felt right. That early study became the foundation for the Baker Axis. The result is a branching, decorative statement chandelier that functions as a cascade of light, bathing a space with warmth and vertical emphasis.
Available in four ceramic finishes: Cream is a glossy glaze with a subtle, off-white hue. Dove is a matte, bright white glaze. Olivine is a matte medium green. Almost Black is a dark matte glaze. Available in two wood and metal finishes: Black Walnut or Clear Maple with either a Satin Brass or Antique Brass finish. Canopy is suitable for flat ceiling only.
